Return Policy

At Mark & Lisa Sydney, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.


1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs, including international postage and customs fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or styles for the purpose of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

Please note that any item not meeting these requirements may be refused and sent back to the customer at their own expense.


2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing us at info@mark-lisa-sydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address of our supplier.

  3. Ship your item back to the provided address at your own cost.

    • All related shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Mark & Lisa Sydney cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our supplier’s warehouse, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your request will be processed within 30 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit when the tracking system confirms that the item was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete address is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address corrections must be communicated within 24 hours after placing the order.

Failure to notify us in time may result in delays or lost shipments, for which Mark & Lisa Sydney cannot be held liable.
